Annually the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is publishing
the Guidebook to Italian Cuisine in Thailand.


The pilot edition of the book was created to satisfy the lack of a real guidebook about Italy, made by Italians.
The aim of this book was to highlight Italian Cuisine as a Fine Dining concept, then we changed it to something accessible for everyone.


The second edition of the book shows the profiles and recipes of the 44 Ospitalita’ Italiana awarded restaurants in 2018.
The book is structured also including curiosities about Italian food, following the scheme of a traditional menu.


The third edition of the book is collecting the profiles and the signature recipes of the 52 Ospitalita’ Italiana awarded restaurants in 2019.
The book also contains special informative notions about the 20 Italian Regions, ranging from Tourism, Food, and Wine Specialties.
